The rooms have a great view of the forest behind the apartment, and the roomates are quiet and respectful. The living room and kitchen downstairs are common rooms, used by all roomates. The kitchen has all amenities in it, including plates, silverware, and cookware. There is a walk-through pantry behind it, which leads through to a large, shaded deck out back. The rent and utilities together are $550/month total for this 2bed/1bath package. Also, if desired, I can rent these two rooms out to separate people, in which case I will charge 225/month for the unfurnished room and 275/month for the furnished one, and both rooms would have access to the hall bathroom.
